REFINED WHEAT FLOUR (MAIDA)

Description:
                      Refined wheat flour is the finest power of wheat flour. It is extracted from the inner white portion of the wheat after the outer brownish layer is removed. After the flour is ground in a flour mill, It is passed through a fine mesh to obtain maida.

Maida most commonly used in the preparation of different dishes. Maida is specifically used to make bakery items like breads, cakes, pizzas and other food products and varieties of sweets.
